Yes, I have multiple blogs, and I had to give one up. It was just too much. I’m down to two now, and I don’t post much on my fibro blog any more, because it’s been better, and I only go there when I want to gripe.

I love this blog, and have had a good time playing catch up this morning (Congrats on your daughter’s engagement! Are you planning a wedding?), but I’m glad you’re saving your blogging powers for LWB. I’ll just keep up with your goings on over there.

I actually did get to see some of the rain, and I commented to my wife how quickly it floods there, because the frontage road looked like a river in some spots. Did you hear if the driver of that truck was ok?

The EP Times said no one was seriously injured.
It’s shocking how quickly it floods here, and how unprepared drivers are to handle it. When it starts to rain drivers start speeding up as if they can beat it. A rain storm creates all-out panic and people in cars race all over the road like a herd of gazelles being chased by a lion. It’s really bizarre, not to mention dangerous.

@ Peter P. – That was near our house! We live on the west side of the city and that truck was (according to Buck) a little over a mile from us. You were lucky to miss the rain, we started getting that flood later on that same day.

The traffic here is insane. I know that people say Boston drivers are bad (and they are) but I think it’s worse here. We have a lot of hit and runs here because the drivers jump back over the border.

Way to go Jimmy, good lookin’ out. I passed through El Paso just the other day on my way home in Arizona. Just east of El Paso was an overturned truck in the median of I-10 sporting flammable placards. Did you happen to hear about this one? I know the freeway around there is pure terror, with little of nothing of it making its way into the news, but I thought this one might have made a blip on the radar. Anything? Just wondering. If Jimmy were around I’m sure that driver would still be cruising down the road. Take care.

I love that mat! I don’t know why I didn’t remember it. I think I’ll make my own, I’ll paint it on the floor of our patio. Then when I need to jump and I’ll say, “Hold on a second while I step outside…”

OK I see you’ve removed the link to this blog from LWB. I guess I should remove it from my blogroll? I was only kidding about the Meez, although the way her fingers disappear into the keyboard is also a little creepy but hey, it’s not like I don’t know how good looking you are in real life … I am at a loss for words. I’ve never witnessed the death of a blog before. I’m getting verklempt.

No, I’m not deleting this blog, I’m just going to focus on posting at Life With Buck. But I’m thinking that removing the link from LWB was a mistake, because I’ve had some reaction to it. I guess I’ll put the link back up with an explanation? But I want the explanation to be simple, like “Other, Older Posts” or something like that. Whatever I put up will be confusing, I’m sure.
